The World Elsewhere: A Night Story is a choreographic creation
in the form of a dance ritual that celebrates the motion of a world
unexplored. The show traces an ideal path between
West and East and presents a finely shamanic figure
adorned to conduct a magical and timeless ceremony. The
his movement and the features of his face offer the ritual of
a possible other tradition, acted within a space of
sacred that welcomes the outcome of a harmonious coexistence between habitats
natural and human action. A gestural dialogue – expression of
mutual support, perpetual gift and universal communion
– opens up, inviting the public to decipher the “hieroglyphics” of
this unknown and wild civilization and rediscover our humanity in
reflection of the meeting.
