Who am I to you? stems from the annual experience of the DanceAbility® 2025-26 workshops. On stage, a group of people of different ages, experiences and abilities put themselves out there to build a shared dance journey. In a continuous exchange of roles between leaders and followers, the fabric of a performance that is never predictable, ever-changing and surprising is woven together. Duality, contrast and opposites are the starting point, but the goal of the Compagnia Ottavo Giorno is a harmonious ensemble dance, in which each dancer recognises themselves as unique and, at the same time, part of a whole.
