Inspired by the astrological cycle that stands on the vaults of Palazzo della Ragione, the creation Time in twelve dances is presented as a performative installation of different generations that will dance the constellations. For each will be created a dance that investigates and interprets the corresponding zodiac sign. An immersive installation: the viewer will move in space as he moves under the skies of the phases of his life. In this way he will be able to observe, from changing perspectives and distances, the individual dances, which in turn will form the trajectory of an astral journey made of moving bodies. Cristina Cocco has dedicated many years of research to the observation of the life cycle of water lilies, the so-called Victoria cruziana and Euryale ferox, present in the Botanical Garden of Padua. Witnessing their metamorphosis, from birth to disintegration, he saw nature become plastic and then spoil. Here he set his poetic home, in this threshold between decay and origin. The artist, on the occasion of the Festival, presents a sculpture dress inspired by the evolution of the flower of amazing beauty of Victoria cruziana that rises from the water of the pond rising towards the sky.
