The Prospettiva Danza Teatro International Prize 2023<\/strong><\/em> has reached over 130 registrations. The 139 applications<\/strong> received come from all over the world and demonstrat that the inspiration and originality of young artists, dancers and choreographers of contemporary and original dance is always alive and constantly growing. Until 23 April it was possible to participate in the call for entries for the Prospettiva Danza Teatro International Priz<\/em>e, aimed at choreographers aged between 18 and 40, residing in Italy or abroad, with creations already presented to the public in the form of a study or in progress of realization. Now the pre-selection phase begins. The Prize offers the opportunity to present the candidate project live to a dedicated commission. The designated locations and days were as follows: Milan<\/strong> – 13 May 2023 at the rehearsal room of the Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi, in collaboration with the Corso Danzatore; Florence<\/strong>, May 20, 2023 at the Light Box \u2013 Opus Performing Space; Catania<\/strong>, 27 May 2023 at Scenario Pubblico \/ Center of Relevant National Interest; Rome<\/strong>, 24 June 2023 as part of the Fuori Programma Festival.<\/p>\n At the end of the pre-selection, there will be 8 semifinalist choreographers who will perform behind closed doors in front of the international jury on Saturday 14 October and only 4 selected will present their work to the public and the jury on Sunday 15 October at the Ridotto of the Teatro Comunale G. Verdi in Padua. The winning project will receive a prize of \u20ac 5,000, a week of choreographic residency in Padua and the opportunity to debut in its entirety as part of the Prospettiva Danza Teatro 2024 Festival. Verdi di Padova. Il progetto vincitore ricever\u00e0 un premio di 5.000 euro, una settimana di residenza coreografica a Padova e la possibilit\u00e0 di debuttare nella sua interezza nell\u2019ambito del Festival Prospettiva Danza Teatro 2024.
