IL CORPO LIBERO with Silvia Gribaudi<\/strong><\/em> Silvia Gribaudi<\/strong>, born in Turin, is an artist and choreographer whose language crosses the performing arts, dance and theater. Her poetics makes use of a constant search for comparison and inclusion with the social and cultural fabric in which the performances develop. Her artistic language arises from the encounter between dance and raw and empathic irony. In 2009 she created A Corpo Libero, with which she won the Audience and Jury Award for Young Author’s Dance, and was also selected by Aerowaves Dance Across Europe, at the Venice Biennale, at the Dublin Dance Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and at Santarcangelo Festival. In 2016 and 2017 she is the director and choreographer of three different performances (My Place, Felice and R. OSA_10 exercises for new virtuosity) where the performer’s body becomes the protagonist, through its own expressive identity. In 2017 R. OSA is a finalist for the Ubu Award and the Rete Critica Award. Silvia Gribaudi’s work embodies lightness, irony and freedom. The workshop is an experience of the poetic dimension, between the liveliness and the presence of the body, where the cathartic dimension of humor and play find expression in the physicality and gestures of each person. During the workshop there will be an exploration of the vital body, through an alternation between the playful and technical dimensions. Through proposals that combine contemporary dance, clowns, and which particularly enhance the theme of imperfection and error to transform it into an expressive opportunity.How to revitalize the physicality of bodies with self-irony and the dynamism of dance? How does movement change the perception of one’s body through a playful atmosphere?
